BOOKING INFORMATION
A $1,000 deposit is due at booking to reserve your space. The balance of the trip package is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Accommodations are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
TRAVEL & FLIGHT INFORMATION
Please confirm availability with us before booking your international flights. TwoCan Retreats packages do not include international airfare. We do offer concierge services to assist you in making all necessary arrangements. If you decide to extend your stay in the area beyond the length of your retreat, we can guide you on where to go to maximize your extended vacation, to include recommendations for everything from lodging to activities to excursions.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION
To enter and exit Costa Rica a valid passport is required that shows at least 3 months remaining before its expiration date. When you check in for your flight, be prepared to show proof that you have a return ticket that shows you departing Costa Rica within 90 days of your arrival date. This may also be requested by immigration authorities upon landing in Costa Rica.
You are responsible for following any travel documentation rules, restrictions and guidelines imposed by your country of origin.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance coverage to cover your travel plans and any unforeseen medical expenses. This insurance should protect against illness, injury, lost luggage, missed flights, a trip cut short, and many other unforeseeable issues that may arise while traveling and/or participating in a retreat.
TwoCan Retreats does NOT provide refunds or reimbursement for any of the above occurrences.

COVID-19 REQUIREMENTS
Please do not attend the retreat if you are positive for Covid-19. If you have Covid-related symptoms, we ask that you have a negative test result within 24 hours of attending the retreat.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• Full refund, less $500 cancellation fee, for cancellations requested up to 90 days or more prior to your trip.
• 50% refund for cancellations requested up to 60 days prior to your trip.
• No refunds less than 60 days prior to the retreat start date — Unless…
1. YOU are able to transfer your retreat package to another person.
2. WE are able to sell your package to another person.
If 1 or 2 are not possible, you will be given a credit equal to your package price, less a $500 cancellation fee, toward a future retreat.
• No refunds or credits less than 30 days prior to the retreat start date.
• There is no refund for arriving late to a retreat or leaving a retreat early.
• If TwoCan Retreats must cancel a retreat, all payments received to date will be refunded, which constitutes full settlement.
Note: There are no exceptions to this cancellation policy, including but not limited to weather, illness of any kind, accidents, personal emergencies, flight cancellations or delays. Therefore, we highly recommend purchasing travel protection insurance (some examples can be found here).
ACTIVITIES
All activities provided and/or coordinated by TwoCan Retreats carry with them a degree of risk both to people and equipment, even though enjoyed under proper supervision by qualified instructors. There may also be activities that require participants to have a reasonable standard of health and fitness.
Guests are responsible for taking care of themselves and refraining from participation in activities that may be a risk to their health or well-being.
No guest should participate in any activity if they are suffering from a heart condition or are pregnant.
No guest should, under any circumstances, take part in any activity while under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication which may adversely affect their physical abilities.
All guests must inform TwoCan Retreats of any medical and/or mental health conditions, illnesses or allergies they may have, and any prescribed medication they might be taking at the time of booking or prior to the start of the retreat if initiated after booking.
LIABILITY RELEASE FORMS
We will send out Liability Release forms for you to review and sign before starting your trip. There will be no exceptions to the waiver.
