Mike McCrory

 Co-founder of TwoCan Retreats, Mike has spent his career in the service, hospitality and tourism industry, so in addition to making sure everyone is safe and well fed, Mike’s special skill is ensuring people feel well taken care of, remembering all the little details that matter.

Mike handles TwoCan Retreats’ logistics. From air flights to rental cars to beach cleanups, surf lessons and lunch runs. He loves playing everything from shuttle driver and tour guide to lifeguard and surf coach. He's a quick thinker, wonderful problem-solver and invaluable protector, making sure everyone is accounted for at all times. Mike covers all the details of a successful retreat experience so guests don’t have to think about anything other than what they came to do, whether it's to rest, play or heal – he's here for all of it.

Mike's always there to answer questions, scare up a ride into town, jump off a cliff with you or float in a tidepool. He's that guy who will stay back with you on the zipline because you need another minute to get your courage up. Then he's your biggest cheerleader! And videographer. :)  He also provides a warm shoulder to cry on, is a great sounding board and gives the best hugs.

It doesn't take long to feel Mike's genuine attunement to the group and to the environment. He's got a way of making you feel safe, secure and well cared for, which says a lot given all the moving parts a retreat entails. More importantly, he does it with love and a smile.
